July 1st - 2008.

It’s the National moving day in Montreal and Canada Day. There isn’t a street cleared of moving trucks, and everybody is moving in/out of apartments or helping out. We montrealers like to play musical chair with our appartments, what can I say… haha

What am I doing?

N O T H I N G.

I moved in the worst possible conditions 3 years ago,  and nothing will make me get involved in this ever again. Next time I move I will pay for a moving company to do it for me!

These grew right next to my stairs outisde. The stems are like 4 feet tall and there are about a dozen flowers per stems. There are pink ones, purple, red… They are pretty but not supposed to grow there. They first look like weeds then these beautiful flowers bloom. I wish I knew what they were!

The church around the corner of my street is mostly unoccupied. But the architecture of all catholic churches in Montreal is so grand and beautiful. I like to just stop and look at it sometimes. I always wonder why they spent so much time building these majestic structures as “house of God” . Isn’t God suppose to be in all things? Why would I need to go there to find Him? Why spend all that money to build this? Wouldn’t a simple house do for preaching? 

Those are rhetorical questions, you don’t have to answer. :0)

Getting ice cream just makes me go way back. Every time I get excited at all the flavors! This is Cheesecake flavor. 

It was wonderful. A good ice cream with my love Shawn to end a beautiful hot day!

The fruit market next to my place had lots of peaches outside to showcase. 3$ a bucket! It smelled like peach all the way to my street and I just couldn’t resist biting into one! I paid for it of course.

I was on vacations all of last week. It was an equal mix of sun and cloud, with rain from time to time. Today was beautiful and warm, but the cloud are coming again. Hopefully I get one last day of sun before I am due back to work!

Bosco is scared of everything. Definitely a house cat! But he will still venture on the balcony from time to time as his curious feline nature is much stronger than the fear of the unknown.

Now, I am really pleased on how this one turned out. It was really windy so I figured all my photos would be blurry. Go me!

Definitely messed up my focus, but the petals are so clear that I thought it still looked pretty cool.
